Memory Lane, our specially designed program for the memory impaired, is a lifestyle based on a wide variety of individual and group activities for the stimulation of memory and motor skills. It focuses on the interests and abilities of each individual resident. Many people with Memory impairment still want to and have the physical ability to do these things but are not able to make the necessary decisions to successfully complete even the basic functions of daily life.

The purpose of successful activity programming is not only to assist the residents through each day but to make the interactions gratifying for both the residents and our staff members. Successful activity programming is such that the residents can choose whether they participate and to what degree; it should have a purpose, not be busy work; it should make the residents feel good about themselves, and the residents should be able to complete each endeavor. Our whole program is built on these premises.

Our Memory Lane program is specially designed for our residents with confusion, forgetfulness, or short-term memory loss. From the decor to the safety features, this unique, secured setting provides care and comfort for residents and family alike. Our exclusive daily programming encourages participation and independence while adding positive experiences during a difficult time.
