John F. Taylor President and Chief Executive Officer Prior to his co-founding StoneGate, Mr. Taylor was a founder of TORCH Health Care, Inc. and served as TORCH's President, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer from 1992 through August of 1999. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, construction and management, of which the majority has been in the health care industry. Mr. Taylor was responsible for the development of the TORCH's initial business plan and TORCH's evolving business strategy. Under Mr. Taylor's leadership, TORCH raised over $20M in private equity capital and over $112M in senior debt financing. Inc. Magazine recognized TORCH in 1998 as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in United States. TORCH was ranked #46 of 500 companies ranked by Inc having achieved a 3,700% increase in revenues from 1993 through 1997. He was instrumental in the acquisition or development, construction and management of 18 assisted living facilities containing over 1,300 units owned and operated by TORCH. Mr. Taylor attended Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, and Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, where he studied accounting, finance, and economics.

Paula Pierce R.N., Vice President / Chief Clinical Officer Ms. Pierce was a part of the team that co-founded StoneGate. Prior to StoneGate, Ms. Pierce joined TORCH Health Care in January 1994 and was responsible for the company's Quality Assurance / Risk Management Program, the supervision of licensure and compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice, the development and initiation of operational policies and procedures, the supervision of program development, the Worker's Compensation Program, and the development of Safety Programs in all communities. Ms. Pierce has over 20 years experience as a registered nurse, primarily focused in geriatric care and quality assurance. She has also worked as a long-term care consultant, Director of Clinical Services in the home health industry and as a representative for several pharmaceutical companies specializing in geriatric nutritional and medical needs. Ms. Pierce has an Associate degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree in Psychology from Midwestern State University and has held specialty certification in psychiatric nursing, alcohol and drug abuse counseling, medical care analysis, and intravenous therapy.

Jim Fisher CPA, Vice-President / Controller Mr. Fisher joined the Company in February 2002, after serving as a Chief Financial Officer for Uniplast Films, Inc. for three years. In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, he was responsible for the Finance function and served as a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Fisher has over 22 years of experience in the finance area. He earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University. He has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas since 1985. Prior to his tenure with Uniplast Films, Mr. Fisher served as Director of Accounting and Tax for Rexene Corporation, a large chemical and plastic film manufacturing concern located in Dallas, Texas.

Mike Beaty Vice President, Chief Marketing & Business Dev. Officer Mr. Beaty joined the Company in March 2005, after serving 9 years in a similar capacity with Mariner Health Care. In that role he was responsible for census development as well as business development including strategic partnerships and alliances for 76 skilled nursing centers as well as 3 long term acute hospitals in Texas. Mr. Beaty's career reflects a solid history of achieving sustainable revenue, market gains and profit contributions through his expertise in business development and performance management. Just a few of his accomplishments include developing a model for hospitals to consider using long term care as a provider of choice thus increasing admissions 12% in one year in his portfolio of facilities and standardizing the means of estimating costs per patient diagnosis in a long term care environment which generated an additional $6 million for HCR Manor Care.
Mr. Beaty brings over 20 years of health care experience to the company with time spent both in long term care and acute care. In addition, Mr. Beaty serves on the board of Nightingale-Conant Corporation, has acted as a lobbyist for health care issues at the Texas capital and serves on several key committees at Baylor University. Mr. Beaty received his degree in business administration from Baylor University.

John Paul Taylor Director of Operations Mr. Taylor joined the StoneGate team in October 2002. Mr. Taylor joined StoneGate with 9 years experience in Retirement and Assisted Living operations. He served as an Executive Director for 8 years with TORCH Health Care in 3 Assisted Living and Alzheimer's communities in Lawton, OK; San Marcos, TX, and Round Rock, TX. Mr. Taylor was responsible for the start-up and opening of the San Marcos and Round Rock communities. During his tenure with TORCH, Mr. Taylor was called upon multiple times to consult with other start up communities. He also served as Executive Director for an Assisted Living and Alzheimer's community in Dallas, TX with Atria Senior Living, and most recently with Hearthstone Assisted Living in an Assisted Living and Alzheimer's community in Conroe, TX. Previous to that, Mr. Taylor began his career in Wichita Falls, TX, as a Director of Activities at Rolling Meadows Retirement Community, a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Mr. Taylor attended Oklahoma University and Cameron University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Mr. Taylor has been certified as an Assisted Living Manager in Oklahoma (inactive) and is currently a Certified Assisted Living Manager in Texas.
