Doug Harper

Mr. Harper brings more than 17 years of sales, marketing and management experience to StoneGate, and has successfully directed sales and marketing of every service in the senior living and care continuum from independent living through acute care. Prior to joining StoneGate, he served as Corporate Director of Business Development at Five Star Quality Care, Inc., a publicly-traded operator of more than 170 senior living and health care properties.

Mr. Harper entered the senior living industry in 1994, and served four years as Vice President of Business Development at ProMatura, a senior living industry research and consulting company, where he worked with a variety of companies that market products and services to mature Americans. From 1998 through 2005, Mr. Harper worked in the corporate offices at Classic Residence by Hyatt and later at Community Eldercare Services. Prior to entering the senior living and care industry in 1994, Mr. Harper was an Account Executive at Bill Hudson & Associates where he provided advertising, marketing and public relations consulting services to business and political clients. Mr. Harper completed his Master of Business Administration degree at The University of Mississippi, and his Bachelor's degree at Millsaps College.
